SENIOR ADVISOR

Mark is a recognized business leader who has shaped the life insurance industry over the last three decades. His work has been highlighted in interviews and articles that have been published in trade and industry publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Bests Review.

Mark is best known for his candid and bold thought leadership across a broad spectrum of specialties within the financial services industry. Throughout his distinguished 35-year career he held senior leadership positions in global fortune companies including Transamerica, Aetna, AXA, and, mostrecently Prudential, where in his capacity as the Executive Vice President he built the largest life insurance brokerage distribution operation in the U.S and built Prudential’s successful multicultural marketing strategy.

Mark holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has also made extensive contributions in the non-profit world, including serving as key advisor to the University of Connecticut’s Actuarial Research facility, the Goldenson Center.

As Senior Advisor, Mark will bring his expertise in diversity and inclusion, cultural competency and connecting with different cultural groups. We are excited to have Mark as part of the GDM team with his knowledge on distribution and the future of the industry. He will work with GDM’s clients by addressing their needs regarding the Changing Face of America.
