U.S. companies and more specifically the insurance industry are facing two major challenges; the decline of white customers and potential employees.
White deaths exceed white births in about one third of U.S. States. In 2004, just 12 years ago, this phenomenon occurred in only 4 states. Today it is true in 17 states.
The result is quickly shifting customer and potential employee base. Most companies have yet to adjust their approaches to the new demographic footprint.
